TS-NBN-010 Split Conduit ‘Y’ Piece

The Y Connector has been designed with the following features: 

• The Y Connector is manufactured in two pieces with an upper and a lower section that is fitted over the continuous cable. It can be fitted without the need to cut the existing Telstra cable. 

• It comes with a reducer, to accommodate 10mm LiC’s, which can be removed for 20mm LiC’s. 

• Once fitted it will allow rodding of the Telstra conduit from the pit to the PCD and from the PCD to the pit. 

• The nbn™ conduit can be rodded from the PCD to the pit. The Y Connector is designed so the rodder will not enter the nbn™ conduit from the pit (unless guided). 

• Once fitted the Y Connector is permanent and is not designed to be separated in the future.
